Job summary

Kiowa Casino Group in Hobart, Oklahoma is seeking a Lead Security Officer to perform duties of Security Officer and stand in for the Security Supervisor when needed. You will protect assets, ensure a safe casino environment for guests and team members, and complete reports detailing accidents, incidents, and security concerns.

The role requires vigilance, professionalism, and knowledge of MICS gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification and 1 year experience as a Security Officer required.
• Valid Driver’s License and be insurable on the company’s policy.
• 1 year Law Enforcement, Security, Military or Guest Service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the buildings and safeguard the assets of the casino.
• Stand in as Security Supervisor in their absence.
• Assist in training new Security Officers.
• Enforce gaming regulations included in MICS.
• Prepare clear, concise incident reports as required.
• Guard and transport chips, tokens, currency, coins and drop boxes.
• Observe slot/gaming machine drop and table game drop.
• Inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure security.
• Provide information and directions to guests.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and procedures.
