Qualifications

• Pass pre-employment drug screen and obtain Osage Nation gaming license.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Osage Nation/Native American/Veteran preference applies; perform duties with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent internal and external guest services with courtesy and respect.
• Cooperates with colleagues and maintains a positive, helpful attitude.
• Gives directions and escorts to customers in need.
• Operates company vehicles, patrols property, and performs money-handling duties.
• Completes mandatory logs and secures assets by radio communication.
• Records calls, movements, and reports incidents per policy and regulatory rules.
• Assists law enforcement authorities and testifies as needed; performs related duties.
