Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Onboard Revenue to lead casino database marketing campaigns across direct mail, email, web, and app channels. You will analyze guest data, identify growth opportunities, and segment audiences to improve bookings, revenue, and profitability.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Management, VIP Services, and other teams to ensure accurate campaigns and timely launches, reporting results with actionable insights for optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field required.
• Two to three years of experience in database marketing, analytics, CRM, loyalty marketing, revenue optimization, or a related discipline.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns and working with large customer datasets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute casino database marketing campaigns from intake through deployment.
• Analyze the casino guest database to identify growth opportunities and segments.
• Segment the casino marketing database to maximize profitability through testing.
