Job summary

Chicken-Ranch-Casino seeks an Executive Casino Host to oversee a portfolio of high-value guests, drive visit frequency, and optimize revenue. You will mentor hosts, support events, and resolve guest issues while maintaining CRCR standards and VIP service excellence.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and hotel teams to tailor comps and experiences, ensuring brand-aligned service and growth of the Players Club loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 3–5 years Casino Host/Executive Host experience.
• Strong relationship-building and sales skills.
• Experience with VIP guest programs and loyalty systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value guests and drive visitation and revenue.
• Coordinate comps, amenities, travel, and hotel arrangements for VIPs.
• Mentor Casino Hosts and support special events; act as guest contact in leadership absence.
