Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Senior Treasury Solutions Consultant to provide expert guidance on Cash Management and Treasury solutions, focusing on hardware and software technology across client cash environments.

You will partner with TMOs, RMs, Product, Operations, and third-party providers to design, price, present, and implement complex Cash solutions, driving revenue and client value while managing risk and enabling efficient cash processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Treasury Management experience with a focus in Sales and/or Product Management.
• Cash Management, Cash Logistics, Cash Operations, or related experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Cash Management and the physical cash lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze complex multi-location cash environments and translate findings into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in Treasury Management and Cash solutions, including hardware and software tech.
• Serve as SME to TMOs, RMs, and colleagues on opportunities and industry trends.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Assist on discovery, solution development, pricing, proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate with TMO, Product, Operations, IT, and vendors to define solutions.
• Support transition of complex Cash solutions from sale to implementation.
• Explain how Treasury Management affects working capital, efficiency and risk.
• Provide business process consultation to optimize treasury and cash-handling processes.
• Conduct detailed discovery of end-to-end cash processes and costs.
• Analyze cash environments and recommend cost-saving improvements.
• Develop expertise in Cash solutions and related reporting.
• Identify opportunities to broaden product features based on client needs.
• Maintain industry knowledge through conferences and market studies.
• Demonstrate Treasury solutions to clients and support RFPs.
• Maintain visibility into sales pipeline with TMOs and RMs.
