Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Senior Treasury Solutions Consultant - Receivables. You will drive revenue through receivables solutions by partnering with Relationship Managers, Product teams, and clients to optimize cash application and working capital efficiency.

You will guide ERP integrations, API discussions, and data mapping, while engaging client stakeholders in enterprise-level digitization and payments modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of Treasury Management, Payments, Fintech, or ERP-related experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Receivables and AR processes in mid-market or large corporate environments.
• Strong technical background integrating banking solutions with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics).
• Experience with APIs, host-to-host connectivity, file-based integrations (EDI, XML, CSV).
• Deep understanding of cash application, remittance data challenges, and reconciliation workflows.
• Ability to engage in technical and operational conversations with client stakeholders.
• Experience with fintech platforms (AR automation, payment aggregators, reconciliation tools) preferred.
• Proven consultative selling skills translating client workflows into solution design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex integrations in business terms.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep proficiency in Receivables solutions (lockbox, electronic payments, eLockbox, cash application automation, ACH, Wire, and validation).
• Serve as SME in AR workflows (invoice presentment, payment receipt, reconciliation, posting in ERP).
• Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue goals for enterprise receivables opportunities.
• Liaise between Sales, Product, Operations, and IT to deliver integrated bank solutions across ERP/TMS environments.
• Lead solution design discussions involving APIs, file transmission (EDI, BAI, XML), and data mapping/validation.
• Provide guidance on receivables digitization from paper to electronic channels.
• Analyze impact of solutions on working capital, liquidity visibility, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities based on client needs and ERP trends.
• Provide updates to Product Management on new requests and client needs.
• Represent Fifth Third in client presentations, industry forums, and payments modernization discussions.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and drive multi-system implementations to closure.
