Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Senior Treasury Solutions Consultant - Cash to serve as a subject matter expert in cash management and logistics. Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Treasury Management experience with a focus in Sales and/or Product Management.
• Strong understanding of Cash Management and the physical cash lifecycle.
• Thorough understanding of how Treasury Management and Cash solutions help clients improve working capital, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and manage risk.
• Ability to analyze complex and multi-location cash environments and translate findings into solution recommendations.
• Strong consultative skills with ability to conduct client discovery and articulate value to clients and decision makers.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations, Implementation, Technology, and third-party providers.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in Treasury Management and Cash Logistics solutions with emphasis on hardware and software technology.
• Serve as a Cash SME to TMOs, RMs, and Solutions Consultants, guiding opportunities and trends.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Assist on Treasury Management opportunities including discovery, solution development, pricing, proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate between TMO, Product, Operations, IT, Implementation, and third-party providers to define and present solutions.
• Support transition of complex Cash solutions from sale to implementation, documenting requirements and expectations.
• Understand how Treasury Management and Cash solutions impact working capital, operations, cost, and risk.
• Match client needs with bank solutions and articulate value to clients.
• Provide business process consultation to optimize treasury and cash-handling processes.
• Conduct detailed discovery of end-to-end cash processes including deposits, transportation, vault processing, smart safes, change orders, reconciliation, reporting and costs.
• Analyze multi-location cash environments and recommend efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Develop expertise in Cash solutions including deposit transportation, smart safes, cash vault services, change orders, provisional credit, and related reporting and reconciliation.
