Qualifications

• 5+ years of Treasury Management experience with a focus in Sales and/or Product Management.
• Strong understanding of Cash Management and the physical cash lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze complex and multi-location cash environments.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to conduct client discovery, identify opportunities, and articulate value to clients.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in Cash Management and Cash Logistics with advanced hardware/software focus.
• Serve as a Cash subject matter resource to TMOs, RMs, and fellow Solutions Consultants, guiding opportunities and trends.
• Develop and execute plan to achieve revenue goal.
• Assist the TMOs and RMs on Treasury Management opportunities including discovery, solution development, pricing, proposals, and presentations.
• Act as liaison between the TMO, Product, Operations, IT, Implementation, and third-party providers to define and present the best solution to the client.
• Partner with the TMO, Implementation, Operations, Product, and third-party providers to support the transition of complex Cash solutions from sale through implementation.
• Understand how Treasury Management and Cash solutions impact working capital, efficiency, cost, and risk.
• Match client needs with bank solutions and articulate the solution and value to clients.
• Provide business process consultation to optimize treasury and cash-handling processes.
• Conduct detailed discovery of end-to-end cash processes, including deposits, transportation, vault processing, smart safes, and reconciliation.
