You will manage training, documentation, and performance, ensuring accurate data and continuity across operations, while aligning with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must-have: 4-year degree or equivalent and 5+ years in securities, banking, technology or related industry experience.
• Must-have: 3+ years in securities, banking, technology or related industry.
• Must-have: Securities license 99 or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• Nice-to-have: 4-year degree in business, finance or related field.
• Nice-to-have: 3+ years in credit operations, project management, vendor management, analysis, and/or risk control.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and train new team members.
• Supervise and direct time sensitive, complex daily work flows to meet service levels.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for department processes.
• Provide customer service support and research for escalated questions.
• Oversee performance management and career development.
• Review and record data into department systems with accuracy.
• Support department metrics, staffing models, and budgets.
