Job summary

RBC Capital Markets LLC in Minneapolis is hiring for a Cash Management Flex Role focused on cash deposits. You will support cash operations, deposits, and related reporting, while coordinating with RBC Wealth Management and other departments to ensure accurate reconciliations and timely service.

The role includes cross-training in wire processing, money market settlements, and sweep funds, with emphasis on accuracy, controls, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; finance/accounting degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in wire processing, cash management, or banking ops preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Reg E, OFAC, BSA/AML and payments systems.

Responsibilities

• Process cash operations and deposit reconciliation accurately and timely.
• Handle check/ACH returns and related treasury requests.
• Research complex requests including suspected fraud when needed.
• Provide backup in wire processing, money market settlements, and sweep funds.
• Maintain detailed records for audit compliance.
