You will oversee posting, reconciliation, and reporting of cash, balance bank accounts, and manage loan-level disbursements within corporate timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 5–7 years in cash management or treasury ops, and 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in cash management, treasury operations, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience overseeing supervisors or managers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily cash management operations across multiple lines of business.
• Ensure accurate posting, reconciliation, disbursement, and reporting of cash transactions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Establish department goals, metrics, and service level standards aligned with objectives.
• Foster accountability, operational excellence, and strong customer service.
• Provide strategic direction to managers and supervisory staff within Cash Operations.
