WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Senior Cash Applications Clerk in New Hampshire to manage cash application from lockbox and credit card terminals, ensuring accurate customer accounts and AR balances. You will work closely with Collections to resolve exceptions and support month-end closes.

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Function well independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely cash application with appropriate controls and policies.
• Handle lockbox, customer accounts, local cash accounts and prepaid accounts.
• Collaborate with Collections on cash application exceptions and inquiries.
• Ensure timely cash application to meet month- and quarter-end closes.
• Prepare lockbox and credit card entries and adjustments to AR subledgers.
• Transfer payments across accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service and investigate misapplied payments.
• Provide training and integration support as needed.
