• Any equivalent combination of experience and education which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support caseworkers who manage ongoing services for families
• Shape and maintain the SCOH unit to ensure strong and effective practices
• Follow union, agency, and office policies related to personnel and service delivery
• Enhance how the unit delivers assistance, guidance, and resources to families
• Support staff development to strengthen skills and service quality
