Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or related social sciences.
• Two years’ experience in CYS/child welfare.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching for staff.
• Facilitate meetings.
• Attend court hearings.
• Participate in training/staff development.
• Facilitate caseload coverage.
