Job summary

Akima Infrastructure Protection (AIP) seeks a Case Processing Manager to oversee ICE detention-related case processing across South Texas facilities. The role leads a team, establishes priorities, ensures data integrity, and coordinates hearings with EOIR/USCIS and ICE personnel.

Requirements include a BA and 7+ years in immigration case management, plus the ability to obtain DHS/ICE clearance. On-site work with 25% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• US citizen and resided in the U.S. for the last five years.
• At least a BA degree in an appropriate discipline.
• 7+ years experience in immigration case management support or related fields.
• Ability to obtain DHS/ICE clearance and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily case processing, docket coordination, and records governance across multiple locations.
• Directs a team of specialists, sets workload priorities, and maintains quality standards.
• Develops tracking tools and dashboards to monitor caseload trends and efficiency.
• Coordinate schedules with internal/external stakeholders for hearings and removals.
• Audit data entry workflows to ensure compliance with DHS policies and privacy laws.
