Job summary

Akima Infrastructure Protection (AIP) is seeking a Case Processing Manager to oversee ICE detention facility operations in South Texas. You will lead a multi-location team, coordinate dockets, and ensure accurate records governance while applying policy and audit controls.

The role requires a BA and 5–7 years of immigration case management experience, on-site work, and the ability to coordinate with federal agencies. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ba/BS degree required; 5–7 years immigration case management experience or related field.
• Must pass criminal background and credit checks; DHS/ICE clearance.
• On-site work with 25% travel; strong written and verbal skills; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily case processing, docket coordination, and records governance across multiple locations.
• Directs a team of specialists; sets workloads and quality standards for documentation and data entry.
• Interprets policy, resolves complex case issues, and validates actions prior to final processing or closure.
