Job summary

Apis Services, Inc. seeks a Case Manager Supervisor to oversee case management staff and provide coaching, development, and supervision within a residential program.

You will ensure policy compliance, maintain documentation, and coordinate with program leadership to address performance concerns. You bring 3+ years in case management and 3–5 years in supervision, plus knowledge of relevant regulations and CPR/first aid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years of experience in case management.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle and state minimum liability coverage.
• Strong communication, ethics, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for group home/residential care.
• CPR and first aid certifications.
• Budget management experience.
• Experience in residential group home setting.
• Medical terminology knowledge.
• APIS values and program policies knowledge.
• Basic computer and internet literacy.
• Subject to employment screenings, including FBI clearance if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide direct supervision to case management staff.
• Provide coaching and counseling through formal supervision meetings and corrective actions when necessary to address performance or policy concerns.
• Data entry of supportive case notes, housing updates, and other documentation into program client file electronic systems, and paper documentation.
• Facilitate client progress review meetings.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of and ensure all policies, procedures, and regulations of all program funding sources.
• Coordinate challenging resident cases as needed with the assigned Case Manager and/or emergency housing staff.
• Coordinate data for OHS/HUD monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
