Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Supervisory Case Manager to oversee advocacy, crisis intervention, support services, and coordination with funding sources. You will recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff, volunteers, and interns, supervising up to three direct reports.

You will conduct outreach with the team, liaise with community agencies, and promote VOA resources and services to participants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or a closely related field or related experience.
• 1 year of direct, full‑time case management experience demonstrating the ability to consistently apply field‑relevant best practices and standards.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill relevant program compliance and administrative requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams of human service professionals
• Must possess a Colorado driver’s license and state‑mandated automobile insurance.
• Must possess a personal vehicle that may be used for work‑related travel (reimbursement for mileage is available).
• Must complete agency and program credentialing within 12 weeks of hire and maintain credentialing standards thereafter.

Responsibilities
