Job summary

VOA Colorado is seeking a Service Coordinator Supervisor to oversee advocacy, crisis intervention, support services, and coordination with funding sources for the service coordination program at all assigned properties. The role requires supervising staff and ensuring program compliance.

Full time, 40 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends. Western Slope, CO location. Salary based on VOAC guidelines, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• At least one (1) year of experience in Service Coordination, Case Management, or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of Service Coordinators in Colorado.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and scheduling of staff, volunteers, and interns.
• Ensure compliance with funder requirements and agency policies.
