Westhab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Case Manager to supervise the case management team in a men’s homeless shelter in NYC. You will collaborate with on‑site departments to develop effective problem‑solving methods and align strategies.

Proof of education is required, with a BA preferred, and bilingual capability is valued. Some evenings and weekends may be needed to support program needs. Strong writing, assessment, counseling, supervision, and program development experience are highly desirable

Qualifikationen

• Proof of Education required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Ability to work some evenings and occasional weekends.
• Excellent and demonstrated writing ability.
• Strong assessment, direct practice, counseling, supervision and program development experience preferred.

• Supervise the case management team on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Develop systems to ensure quality and efficiency of casework services.
• Identify clients' needs, provide referrals, and follow up with resources.
• Ensure documentation of assessments, service plans and client interactions.
• Maintain collaboration with community service providers and partners.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization as needed.
