LeVar Law in Arkansas is seeking an experienced Case Manager to guide personal injury cases from intake to resolution, coordinating with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurers. You will maintain organized files, manage deadlines, and draft essential documents while upholding confidentiality and compassionate client service.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases across stages.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in case management, personal injury, paralegal work, or a related legal support role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple active cases at different stages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence working with case management software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and follow through on commitments.
• Genuine sense of empathy, patience, and professionalism when working with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Guide personal injury cases from intake through resolution, collaborating with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurers, and the legal team.
• Keep cases moving, ensure clear communication, and maintain organized files and deadlines.
• Draft correspondence, demand letters, settlement summaries, and other attorney-approved documents.
• Assist attorneys with case preparation for settlement negotiations or litigation.
• Organize exhibits and records when cases move into litigation and monitor deadlines.
