Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or Human Services with 1 year of experience.
• High School/GED with four years direct Mental Health or community services.
• Associate degree may substitute for two years.

• Serve as primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
• Help clients live as independently as possible in their chosen community.
• Work under direct supervision to perform case management and meet position standards.
