Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services or Human Services with 1 year of experience, or HS diploma with 4 years of direct services in Mental Health or community services.
• An Associate's degree may substitute for two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness and other co-occurring disorders.
• Assist clients to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.
• Under direct supervision, perform case management duties and meet position standards.
