Job summary

Telecare Corporation seeks a Case Manager III to support adults living with mental illness in the Oakland area. Under direct supervision, you’ll serve as a primary case manager helping clients live as independently as possible in their chosen community, with emphasis on teamwork and wraparound services.

Shifts are Part-Time during daytime hours (8:30 AM–5:00 PM). Starting wage ranges from $23.00 to $27.63 per hour, with geographic differentials and pay commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services or Human Services with 1 year of experience, or HS/GED with 4 years direct mental health/community services

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness, helping them live independently in the community
• Work under direct supervision to meet position standards and perform job functions as Case Manager III
