Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a regional manager to lead a 15-member case management team in a hybrid Lansing, MI setting. You will coach staff, monitor performance and ensure compliant service delivery while partnering with community organizations to improve client outcomes.

This permanent role offers pay at $20.00 per hour with a generous benefits package and eligibility considerations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Management or supervisory experience required.
• Experience in case management, social work, community outreach, community health, benefits navigation, human services, or rehabilitation services.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, behavioral health challenges, substance use disorders, or other underserved populations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, databases, and electronic documentation systems.
• Salary is negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 case management/community-based staff.
• Monitor performance, productivity, documentation, and compliance.
• Provide guidance on complex client cases and service delivery.
• Partner with community organizations and internal stakeholders to support positive client outcomes.
• Ensure staff maintain accurate records and provide high-quality client support.
