Easterseals MORC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor – Case Management in Pontiac, MI to lead a team and oversee a caseload delivering high-quality services. The role is hybrid, with responsibilities for supervising direct reports and ensuring effective care coordination.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree (Social Work with LMSW or Counseling with LPC) or CMHP/MHP credentials, plus at least three years of full-time casework experience, including one year in a leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work with LMSW or a Master’s degree in Counseling with LPC.
• Licensed in Michigan: LMSW or LPC or equivalent CMHP/MHP qualifications.
• At least three years of full-time casework experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and supervises the caseload of direct reports staff; assists staff in managing caseload efficiently.
• Reviews cases to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services; conducts staff meetings to review strengths, outcomes, problem areas and plan solutions.
• Orients, trains, and develops new staff; provides ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Monitors case records and ensures paperwork compliance with Medicaid & DCH and Easterseals MORC guidelines.
