Job summary

The Nichols Accounting Group P.C. in Nampa, ID is seeking a Senior Accountant for our Client Accounting Services (CAS) team.

You will prepare and review financial statements, payroll, and other client accounting services for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and non-profit organizations. You will analyze complex data, guide junior staff, and collaborate with senior leaders while meeting billable targets.

Qualifications

• Four-year accounting degree required.
• Minimum of three years' accounting, payroll, bookkeeping experience.
• CPA or CMA license pursuit preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review financial statements, payroll, accounts payable, and sales tax.
• Analyze data and complete assigned work papers and projects.
• Coach and develop staff; support internal projects and firm advancement.
• Lead department rocks, client monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Meet deadlines and maintain billable targets.
