Olsen Thielen & Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accountant to join the Client Advisory Services (CAS) team in the Twin Cities metro. The role emphasizes high-quality financial reporting, payroll management, and client-focused consulting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of public accounting, GAAP expertise, and proficiency with cloud accounting tools such as QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Sage Intacct. A hybrid work arrangement is offered with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate or BA/BS in Accounting required.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems (QBO, Bill.com, Sage Intacct).
• Excellent communication and client-service focus.
• Authorized to work in the United States; ability to travel in Twin Cities metro.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain month-end financial statements and reconciliations for diverse clients.
• Report to Manager or Principal and support client relationships.
• Oversee payroll, payroll tax forms, AP, and related regulatory filings.
• Support training and development within the CAS team.
• Protect confidential information and use secure systems.
