Cox Automotive Canada seeks a Sr Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist to develop and strengthen relationships with carrier partners, supporting performance, capacity growth, and service excellence. You will be the primary contact for carrier engagement, onboarding, and profile maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3 years direct experience with customer service and/or operations.
• 5 years automotive industry and/or logistics experience.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed environments.
• Demonstrated track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for network of carriers and maintain strong relationships through regular communication.
• Serve as primary escalation point for carrier questions and operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate carrier records, profiles, certifications, and performance information.
• Coordinate with Operations, Capacity Management, Compliance, Carrier Assurance, and Sales for alignment and carrier success.
• Conduct outbound carrier recruiting to expand network capacity in targeted markets.
• Educate carriers on technology platforms, processes to drive adoption and compliance.
• Identify and recruit qualified carriers to fill capacity gaps.
• Analyze feedback and performance to improve processes and network effectiveness.
• Promote carrier retention through proactive relationship management and issue resolution.
• Support special projects to improve carrier experience and performance.
