Job summary

TBC Corporation in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is seeking a Senior Manager, Carrier Performance to lead carrier performance across its nationwide distribution network. This role owns carrier scorecards, claims management, POD, and performance analytics, partnering with Transportation Ops, DC Leadership, Procurement, Finance and external carriers to drive service, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The position requires 8+ years in transportation/logistics, expertise in TMS, Power

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; master's preferred.
8+ years in progressive transportation, logistics, carrier management or supply chain.
5+ years leading carrier performance programs and transportation analytics.
Experience with parcel, courier, LTL/TL, dedicated and private fleet operations.
Experience in large multi-site distribution environments.
Experience with carrier contracts, SLAs, and claims management.
Advanced transportation analytics and KPI reporting capabilities.
Strong data analysis and root-cause investigation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead carrier performance management across all transportation modes.
Develop and maintain carrier scorecards with KPIs and expectations.
Monitor compliance with service agreements and SLAs.
Conduct business reviews and drive corrective actions.
Partner with Procurement and Transportation Leadership on network optimization.
Own end-to-end transportation claims management and POD compliance.
Develop automated reporting and executive dashboards; drive continuous improvement.
