The role focuses on expanding the carrier base, delivering high‑quality service, and leveraging Carrier360 to improve visibility and efficiency. The candidate will maintain strong relationships with internal teams and carriers, optimize routing and scheduling, and stay current on market trends

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED with 3–4 years in transportation/logistics or related experience.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends if needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate records and actionable insights.
• Experience with contract negotiation and price strategy alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Create strategies to negotiate optimal purchase rates to meet revenue and margin goals.
• Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and carriers.
• Manage freight in transit and obtain updates for on-time pickup/delivery.
• Utilize Carrier360 to tender loads and maintain shipment records.
• Proactively communicate service issues to minimize costs and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with teams to promote best-in-class service and safety.
