Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with related maintenance/carpentry experience.
• Two years in maintenance or carpentry preferred with up to one year of training.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work outside normal hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled repair, inspection and preventive maintenance on systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage work orders and PM programs.
• Mentor Maintenance Technicians and Associates; supervise and evaluate work.
• Order parts and manage payments; ensure safety and code compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and perform inclement weather duties as required.
• Provide technical guidance to faculty and facilities staff on projects.
