Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled repairs, services, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform basic electrical work on wiring and lighting fixtures.
• Perform basic plumbing and drywall repairs.
• Order equipment, parts, and supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and monitor contractor work.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and mentor Maintenance Associates.
• Respond to inclement weather duties to ensure campus safety.
