Air Culinaire Worldwide is seeking a Cargo Operations Manager to lead cargo operations, logistics, and staffing at the Park Ridge, IL location. You will coordinate deliveries, ensure food safety compliance, manage vendor relations and reporting under the guidance of the General Manager.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics/cargo leadership, strong people management, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. A strong communication skillset and aviation knowledge are desirable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics or cargo leadership.
• Experience in personnel management and administrative functions.
• Vehicle management and safety experience.
• Aviation industry knowledge or familiarity with cargo standards.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Multilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cargo operations, administration and coordination.
