Air Culinaire Worldwide Florence, KY is seeking a Cargo Operations Manager to oversee cargo operations, logistics, staffing and compliance, reporting to the General Manager.

You will manage cargo requests, schedules, and vendor relationships, ensure safety and airport requirements, and lead a team to deliver high quality service.

This role demands 3+ years in logistics/foodservice, strong leadership, and excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, foodservice, or projects.
• Managerial experience in cargo logistics.
• Experience in personnel management and admin functions.
• Vehicle management and safety experience.
• Industry knowledge in aviation related to aircraft service.

Responsibilities

• Direct involvement in cargo catering/service requests.
• Manage orders and communicate with cargo customers via phone/email.
• Oversee cargo logistics scheduling: daily/weekly/monthly.
• Coordinate cargo logistics team based on customer data.
• Ensure compliance with airport, CBP, and safety requirements.
• Train cargo team to maintain best-in-class service and SOP adherence.
• Foster relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
