Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home. The role offers from $19 to $20 per hour, with paid training, weekly pay, direct deposit, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities include medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and following care plans. Full- or part-time shifts available in Flossmoor, IL.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Must be very reliable.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other exercises.
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including meal preparation.
• Report any unusual incidents to our Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Follow the Care plan.
