Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving experience in a home setting.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Reliable and compassionate with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility at home.
• Support personal care and daily living activities for clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Escort clients to appointments and run errands when needed.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator and follow care plans.
