Always Best Care Chicagoland is seeking compassionate caregivers to join a team focused on helping seniors stay safe and independent at home. The role offers training, flexible hours, weekly pay, and benefits as part of a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, therapy support, light housekeeping, errands, and adherence to care plans. All applicants must have a driver’s license and be able to work in the USA.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience of 1+ year.
• Must follow health and safety standards.
• Respectful, compassionate with good bedside manner.
• Ability to manage time and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to work in USA.
• Willing to work full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.).
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises.
• Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing meals.
• Report any unusual incidents to our Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
• Follow the Care plan.
