Responsibilities include medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, light housekeeping, and following individual care plans. Flexible hours and benefits such as paid time off and health insurance are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary considerations
• Must be reliable and compassionate with a good bedside manner

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders
• Assist with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with physical therapy and exercises
• Shop for clients or accompany them shopping
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Report unusual incidents to Care Coordinator
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies
• Follow the care plan
