Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home in Berkeley, IL. The role offers full- or part-time schedules, paid training, and a pay rate of $19–$20 per hour with weekly pay and direct deposit.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year home care experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable, compassionate communication with clients. We provide flexible hours, benefits including health insurance, and mileage/time travel between clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Must be reliable and compassionate with strong bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Support clients with therapy exercises and daily activities.
• Shop for clients or accompany them on errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator and follow care plans.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
