Suite Living Senior Care in Eagan, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care teams. You’ll work directly with residents to provide personalized support that makes each day brighter.

We value teamwork, empathy, and reliability. Roles include helping with daily living, mobility, medication assistance (training provided), and engaging residents in meaningful activities. All shifts are available and onboarding is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• AM Shift (6am-2pm) availability.

Aufgaben

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
