Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team in the Burbank area. You will provide hands-on care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, supporting daily activities and creating meaningful connections to enhance comfort, wellbeing and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience as a caregiver or related training.
• Comfort using company devices (tablets, smartphones, laptops).
• Reliable attendance and teamwork are essential.
• Post-offer screenings including background check, drug test, TB testing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance for assigned seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and safe participation in activities.
• Document daily care and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Deliver hospitality, customer service and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
