Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in the United States is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will assist with daily living activities, promote social engagement, and document care while maintaining safety and dignity.

Experience as a caregiver is preferred; a CN A license is welcome but not required. We value reliability, teamwork, and a patient, resident‑centered approach to hospitality and thriving aging.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Professional, pleasant, and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with Activities of Daily Living in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in activities while prioritizing safety.
• Document daily care and report changes to supervisors promptly.
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
