Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on care to seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will assist with daily living, support activities, and help residents thrive with compassionate, professional service.

The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, teamwork, and excellent hospitality. No CNA license required, but experience or certification is welcome; training and growth opportunities are offered alongside a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing.
• Experience as a caregiver or relevant training is preferred.
• Reliable, professional and team-oriented attitude.
• Post-offer screenings such as background, drug tests and TB may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on activities of daily living support for seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation in activities while ensuring safety and well-being.
• Document daily care and report changes to supervisors promptly.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
