Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking hands-on Caregivers to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will work as part of a collaborative care team, assisting with daily activities and building relationships to enhance wellbeing.

We welcome experienced caregivers, CNAs, and individuals pursuing a career in senior living. A CNA license is not required, and you’ll join a stable, award-winning company with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Experience as a caregiver or relevant training.
• Ability to use company devices (tablets, smartphones, laptops).
• Reliable attendance and team orientation.
• Post-offer screenings may include background check, drug screen, TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization and participation while prioritizing safety.
• Document daily care and report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Deliver hospitality and resident service in every interaction.
