Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health is seeking a Driver to provide safe transportation for PACE participants between homes, the center, and medical appointments in El Paso, TX. You will assist with mobility, load/unload, and coordination with the IDT to ensure quality care.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, a valid Texas driver’s license, CPR certification, and a willingness to work nonstandard hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of experience with frail elderly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with 5 years of continuous driving experience.
• Valid Texas driver's license (Class C) required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must meet driving eligibility standards with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between residence, center, and medical appointments.
• Navigate routes using company navigation tools and follow MDT/IDT instructions.
• Assist participants with vehicle entry, exit, and wheelchair access.
• Assist with medications, medical supplies, and equipment transport and verification.
• Check-in participants at medical offices and obtain signatures for deliveries.
• Report incidents to supervisor; follow emergency and safety procedures.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and maintain equipment.
