Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Transportation Driver to provide safe and reliable resident transport to and from appointments in Woods Cross, UT. The role requires a valid license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and strong customer service with a focus on safety.

Responsibilities include assisting residents, coordinating with the office team, maintaining vehicles, and performing safety checks daily. Weekend/holiday availability is required to meet scheduling demands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current valid state driver’s license.
• Maintain acceptable driving record.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.
• CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to attain upon hire).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work beyond normal hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents in a safe and timely manner to/from appointments.
• Provide residents with friendly, compassionate transportation services.
• Drive a large van in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner.
• Help residents into wheelchairs or stretchers and assist as needed.
• Daily cleaning and regular maintenance of vehicles.
• Coordinate schedules with the in-office Transportation team.
• Perform daily safety checks of the vehicle and report issues.
