Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care in Heber, UT is seeking a Transportation Driver to provide reliable, safe resident transport to appointments. You will operate a large van, assist residents in wheelchairs, and ensure timely arrivals while maintaining confidentiality and safety protocols.

This role requires 18+, valid license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. You will work in-person, with possible weekend shifts and adherence to facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and handle mobility equipment.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain on hire.
• Excellent communication and patient service.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents safely to and from appointments.
• Drive a large van in a courteous, reliable manner.
• Assist residents into wheelchairs or stretchers as needed.
• Perform daily vehicle cleaning and safety checks.
• Coordinate schedules with in-office transportation team.
• Maintain paperwork for appointments and file appropriately.
• Support nursing staff with transportation tasks.
