Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care in Woods Cross, UT, is seeking a Transportation Driver to provide safe, reliable resident transportation to and from appointments.

You will operate a large van, assist residents into vehicles, perform daily vehicle checks, and coordinate with the Transportation team. Must live in Heber or nearby and be at least 18 with a valid license; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Maintain acceptable driving record.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to attain upon hire).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform other physical movements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents in a safe, timely manner to and from appointments.
• Provide friendly, compassionate, reliable transportation.
• Drive a large van safely and courteously.
• Assist residents into wheelchairs or stretchers and into/out of the van.
• Perform daily vehicle cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Coordinate schedules with the in-office Transportation team.
• Conduct daily safety checks of the vehicle.
