Job summary

Calvary is seeking a Team Leader to support high quality care for residents, assisting the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to supervise across the home. The role welcomes Endorsed Enrolled Nurses or Personal Care Workers with suitable qualifications.

Responsibilities include holistic resident care, coordinating needs across the home, and supervising shifts while ensuring dignity and respect for each resident.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Enrolled Nursing with APRHA registration to administer medication.
• Certificate IV in Ageing Support with HLTHPS007 to administer & monitor medicines.
• Certificate III in Individual Support with willingness to undertake required training.
• Current National police check and compliance with WH&S standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide social and emotional support to residents with holistic, person-centred care.
• Coordinate care needs across the home including medication management, nutrition and hydration, pressure care.
• Lead and supervise the shift on the designated wing or area.
• Perform medicine-related tasks in line with scope of qualification and Calvary policies.
